Aspire Supports provide Individual Supports services under the Community Care program. As with all services, we are dedicated to providing nurturing, therapeutic and person-centered services in and out of your home settings in ways rivaled by few. Every staff member is trauma-focused and is trained in Positive Behavior Supports. Our goal here is to help you achieve whatever it is that you aspire to achieve, including engagement in your own communities and neighborhoods. We are committed to assisting, training and/or supervising you as you learn and perform items such as self-care skill acquisition, social skills training, and growth and proficiency in activities of daily living.

This service is delivered at no cost to you or your family. Under the Medicaid-based Fee-for-Service system Aspire Supports is reimbursed for services rendered. This reimbursement is provided by Medicaid from your DDD individual budget, consistent with prior authorization granted in your individualized service plan (ISP).
